KARMIG Center (Kartika Minimally Invasive Gynecology Center) was officially launched as one of Indonesian Gynecological Endoscopy Society) in 2016. Since then, KARMIG Center has performed and organized education, training and publication in gynecologic endoscopy. With the spirit of moving forward together, we enhance minimal access gynecologic surgery for all OBGYN, especially in Indonesia. Our trainer team consisted of dedicated gynecologist who had been trained and acknowledged internationally. Therefore we also collaborate with international organization such as ISGE (International Society for Gynecologic Endoscopy), ESGE (European Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy), APAGE (Asia-Pacific Association for Gynecologic Endoscopy and Minimally Invasive Therapy), and many more. Our newest collaboration project is GISMAS (German - Indonesian Society for Minimal Access Surgery) that focusing on bilateral cooperation in scholarship, research and policy regarding professional practice in the field of gynecology minimal-access surgery. With this collaboration, KARMIG Center facilitate the training participants not only to be able to perform surgeries independently but also who to improve in international training after finishing KARMIG Fellowship Curriculum in Indonesia.
